pyramid.care is an informational site. It has no accounts and no forms that store data. Our hosting provider and Google Analytics collect standard traffic analytics — pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address — which we use to understand which content is useful. We do not use advertising trackers. If you email or call us, we see what you send us — and we use it only to reply. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with anyone.

The demo

The Pyramid Care Connect demo is populated entirely with fictional, illustrative content. Margaret, Sarah, Maria, and every note, message, and number you see are sample data — no real client, family member, or clinician appears anywhere in it. The demo does not ask for, record, or retain anything you type or say while exploring it.

The pilot program

Our 90-day pilot with an ACHC-accredited home health partner involves real families and real care information, governed differently and more strictly than this website. Every participant is enrolled with full informed consent. The platform is built for HIPAA-eligible deployment: access is role-based, every action is logged in an audit trail, and families control what the platform knows about their loved one. Every AI-drafted note or update is reviewed and approved by a person before it goes anywhere.

Children

Our services are designed for the care of older adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, when the platform moves from pilot to deployment — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the new practices take effect.
